Refund and Cancellation Policy

Just like any other travel portal, Ebest Cruises has its own refund and cancellation policy. Even if you have booked your travel early and are eager for the trip, there can be unforeseen circumstances for which you may need to cancel your travel plan. You may also need to postpone the date of your travel due to certain issues. In such cases, you can claim refunds and cancellations based on certain rules.

  • Refund is always based on the policy of the airline, cruise line, and the train company. While in some cases you get a refund for your tickets, in some, you may not get any refund. Make sure to check the terms and conditions of the booking before you proceed.
  • Refund processing takes a certain amount of time. It may take 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
  • While canceling your cruise or airplane booking, keep a note that there will be a cancellation charge levied by the ticket issuing company. There can be some charges levied by Travel Agency 2, based on the norms associated with the booking.
  • Refund is generally processed to the account that you used for booking a trip.
  • Rescheduling your ticket may also make you pay some additional money based on the rate of the ticket at that certain point of time.

The ticket issuing company is solely responsible for refunds and cancellations. The processing time of the payment is also dependent on the timeline they follow.
